Union College Summer Orientation is a day to give new freshman and transfer students – and their families – an overview of what to expect and get acquainted with many aspects of Union.
Orientation includes panel discussions on academic and student life; meetings with financial and business offices; and a time to gather and finalize information with various campus groups and organizations. Most importantly, orientation is the time to meet 1:1 with an academic advisor to register for classes. It can also be a great time to meet new classmates-to-be and maybe your roommate!
This is also a great day for parents to have to opportunity to meet and get acquainted with administration and staff on campus, residence life extras and talk to other parents of college students.
