Mr. Jordan Noble
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Asbury University in 2010. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
In my free-time, I enjoy playing basketball, lifting weights, grilling out, challenging my fellow Admissions Counselors to dance-offs, and using any excuse possible to try and get around a bonfire once Fall comes. I can quote movies like it is nobody’s business, and enjoy having entire conversations using nothing but quotes. Get your best team together to challenge our staff to a basketball game anytime!
What does 1:1 mean to you?
Due to the small class size, our faculty is able to develop real relationships with students that helps create an interactive, in-depth learning experience. It is always great to be able to have your professor’s home phone number so you can call them with questions the night before a big exam and have them happily help you! Union is not so big that you would get lost in the everyday rush of college life: the experience is truly personal!
What do you love about Union College?
Students here are encouraged to excel outside the class, as well as academically; they are artists, they do volunteer work, and they engage in independent research alongside professors. I love real hands-on learning, which Union definitely provides!
What can you encourage students to do?
Do not wait until the last minute to visit a variety of schools that you think might be of interest to you. While visiting, soak up all of the information you can, take notes if you need to and do not be afraid to ask questions. Make sure to look at colleges of all shapes and sizes - I thought many schools looked the same on their websites and from the letters/mail they sent me; it wasn't until I visited that I fully became aware of the atmosphere and mindset of each institution. When making your final decision, I always say to go with your gut!
