Dr. Montgomery has been working for over 25 years as an actor and singer (who can dance) and a theatre teacher. At Union, she teaches Theatre History, Acting, Directing, Dramatic Literature, and Humanities, and she directs and designs the fall and spring productions. Dr. Montgomery just joined Union’s faculty in the fall of 2012. She loves the 1:1 of Union College, working very closely and individually with students in and outside of the classroom. Everything about theatre, from acting to lighting, from set building to makeup, from cleaning out dressing rooms to studying Shakespeare is a learning experience.
