When your account was initially created, an email was sent to your personal email account with your username and account activation instructions. Usernames are typically [firstname].[lastname] (ex. john.smith).
If you continue to have problems determining your username, please submit a ticket to our Help Desk or call (606) 546-1626.
Click the "Forgot Password" beneath the login screen of whatever system you are trying to access (Webmail, MyUnion, or uLearn).
On the next screen, click "Forgotten Password" where you will be prompted for your username.
Next, you will answer the security questions that you set up when you initially activated your account. After you have correctly answered the questions, you will then be prompted to change your password.
If you have never set up your security questions, you will receive this message:
In that case, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the previous screen.
Next, click "Activate User" and enter your ID# (included in the account activation email), the last four digits of your Social Security # (international students with no SSN will enter 0000), and your date of birth (formatted mm/dd/yy ex. 01/25/91).
After clicking "Activate", you will be directed to set your password and security questions.
